We are contracted providers with Delta Dental. For patients with Delta Dental coverage, we will submit claims on their behalf and can provide an estimate of their copay prior to treatment.
For patients with dental insurance other than Delta Dental, payment in full for services provided that day will be required at the time of treatment. Our office will submit the claim and fees to your insurance company on your behalf, and your insurance company will reimburse you directly according to your plan’s benefits.

Our office accepts cash, checks, American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard, Visa, and CareCredit as forms of payment.
