General Information

Dr. Smith first opened Flinthills Endodontics on September 11, 2002. He grew up in Savannah, Missouri and later attended KU. He graduated from Pharmacy School at KU in 1993. He would later attend dental school at UMKC and graduate in 1998. Dr. Smith then decided to pursue yet another degree! He graduated with a specialty degree in Endodontics in 2002. Dr. Smith is an excellent and kind health-care provider. He loves to work with patient's and ensure the best possible care. Along with his work, Dr. Smith enjoys watching cooking shows and Andy Griffith re-runs, and going for walks. A fun fact about Dr. Smith is that his favorite musical artist is George Strait!

Lori is the Front Office Manager, we are glad she has been part of the office from the beginning of Flint Hills Endodontics.  She will greet you with a smile, help you schedule your root canal appointment, and go over all the financials for your treatment.  She enjoys reading, going to movies, going on walks with friends, playing with her two grandchildren and spending time with family.  She enjoys sports and attends the KSU Women's Basketball games, KC Royals games and watches lots of KC Chiefs on TV. 

Emily joined our office in 2014 as a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduate of Flinthills Technical College with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene and Applied Sciences. She is originally from Wamego, KS and married her high school sweetheart in 2018. In her spare time Emily enjoys going to sporting events, being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and her dogs. She welcomed her son, Myles, in December of 2020. In our office, Emily most enjoys meeting new patients and ensuring they are comfortable for procedures.

Denise joined our office as a full-time assistant in December of 2016. Denise has been working in the dental field since 1979. Throughout those years she has worked at several local offices in Manhattan while simultaneously raising a family and caring for relatives. Denise is originally from Manhattan, KS and at this time in her life wishes to be a contributing member of a caring team of professionals. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, spending time walking, hiking, and gardening. She also likes to entertain in her home by cooking for family and friends! A fun fact about Denise is that she is a grandmother to three granddaughters! 

Tabor joined our staff in August of 2019. She has worked as part-time assistant while pursuing pre-dentistry at KSU with a major in Life Science. Tabor is originally from Holton, Kansas. Along with her studies, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising and going to KState games.

Camden joined our office as an assistant in the spring of 2021. He graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelors degree in Life Sciences, and he will be attending the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry beggining this fall.
